All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges under any circumstances. The artist, promoter and venue reserve reserve the right to terminate this agreement with or without cause, and without penalty. All VIP merchandise will be distributed at the show. Merchandise will not be shipped (posted) under any circumstances. Information provided at the time of purchase (name, address, e-mail, etc.) is the same information that will be utilized for individual contact requirements where applicable. The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of initial purchase. VIP merchandise is not required for venue entry. Commemorative VIP tour laminates are for commemorative purposes only. The VIP tour laminate does not gain or authorize access into the venue, VIP or any backstage areas. Ages 16 and over in the standing area. Under 15s must be seated with adult over 18. A ticket limit of 6 per person and per card applies. Tickets in excess of 6 will be cancelled. ALL VIP MERCHANDISE WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AT THE SHOW.
